Is spray tanning at the salon safe during pregnancy?

I know that tanning beds are not safe and I immediately stopped going when I found out I was pregnant, but is it safe to have the salon do the spray on tan?

Tanning is safe during pregnancy!! It cannot harm the fetus what so ever!! The bulbs are not strong enough to harm anything inside your body. The tanning beds only go down to 5 layers of skins. It is a very old wives tale!! Spray tanning is also safe, as you are just standing there getting sprayed with color!! So tanning is safe while you are pregnant!!
